In two, the disassembly of cylinder body
Note: some models may have vehicle dismantling, others need to be unloaded and engine. Cylinder mounting in the opposite order, pay attention to:

Three, cylinder body inspection
1 check the inside diameter of cylinder
Inner diameter dial indicator ( gauge ) measurement in piston pin, direction and the vertical direction, elected in three,, 6 point determination of cylinder bore, in which the maximum value as the cylinder bore of value. If the value has exceeded the limit, should increase or change new boring mill cylinder.
2 check the cylinder face deformation
With straightedge and a thickness gauge to check the cylinder end ( Note: the pad and adhesive traces clean ), if the deformation rate is greater than the limit should grind or replace.
